Our History

A Decade and a Half of Transforming Lives

Ultimate College Ota was founded with a singular vision: to create an educational institution that would truly change the trajectory of young lives in Ota and the wider Ogun State community. Nestled at 8/10 Oyewunmi Street, Okeola, Itele Rd, Ota, our school began its journey with a small but passionate team of educators committed to academic excellence.

From humble beginnings, Ultimate College has grown into one of the most reputable educational institutions in the region, earning recognition for its outstanding academic results, disciplined student body, and holistic approach to child development.

Today, we serve hundreds of students across our Nursery, Primary, and Secondary divisions, each benefiting from a rich curriculum, experienced teachers, and state-of-the-art learning facilities that prepare them for the challenges and opportunities of the 21st century.

Foundation & Opening

Ultimate College Ota was officially established at 8/10 Oyewunmi Street, Okeola, Ota, with a founding enrolment of 45 students and a committed team of 8 educators.

Primary School Launch

Following the success of our nursery programme, we launched the Primary School division, expanding our educational offering and growing our student population to over 120.

2013

First Academic Awards

Our students won their first regional academic competition, marking the beginning of a long tradition of academic excellence and competitive success that continues today.

Secondary School Established

The Secondary School division was launched, completing our full Nursery–Primary–Secondary academic structure and enabling us to serve students through their entire school journey.

ICT Laboratory Commissioned

A state-of-the-art computer laboratory was inaugurated, integrating digital education into our curriculum and positioning us as a forward-thinking, technology-enabled school.

Science Lab Upgrade

Major upgrade to our science laboratory facilities, providing students with world-class equipment for Biology, Chemistry, and Physics practicals, elevating our science programme nationally.

100% WAEC Pass Rate

Our SS3 graduates achieved a record 100% pass rate in WAEC examinations, with 92% obtaining distinctions — a milestone that confirmed our position as one of the best schools in the region.
